Adding payment method
Adding payment method is basically adding credit card information and can be done in payment methods view in billing category. At the top you can see existing payment methods:
Disclaimer: your credit card data is not stored on our portal in any way. The only information we store is last four digits of card number - and those are stored only to make cards distinguishable.
And below you have a form, which you need to fill in in order to add a new credit card.
After clicking Add payment method the new method will appear on the list.
Changing default payment method
You can easily change default method to newly created by clicking button Make default
Now payment method is changed. This is a necessary action, if current method is not working.
Under the credit card form there is also a promocode form. Promocode can be sent to you through an email or sometimes it can be displayed in as a pop-up on the main page. Promocodes can be used to add additional balance to you account. It is used to pay your invoices. If the account balance is not enough to pay the invoice, the remaining part will be paid using your default payment method.
When submitted, you will get the toast message in the right bottom corner of the website with the result of the submission. Once used promocode cannot be used again. You can see payment with promocode on payment history view.
